Aikido is a form of Japanese martial arts that was founded by Morihei Ueishiba between the years 1883-1969.the techniques are commonly referred to as waza. As a form of martial art aikido has it benefits to those who practice it. It is a path of development for one self as it makes use of the body, mind and spirit. Aikido develops one mentally as one acquires wisdom and the strength to defeat his enemies physically.
